Stock sidemounts will probably show the most peak horsepower if you are only doing 1 or 2 runs. Upgraded intercoolers are effective on the road at speed when they can heat up and there is sufficient airflow over them to cool them back down. On a dyno, however, the car sits stationary and might have a small fan or two blowing against them, but doesn't come close to simulating the actual cooling effect that intercoolers give you. The reason why stock ICs should make the best #s is because they will have less pressure drop. A FMIC will almost for sure produce less horsepower on a dyno if you are already maxing out the turbos since there will be more pressure drop and you can't hit the boost that you did with the smaller sidemounts.
